By engaging Brivona Media for content services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services Provided

Brivona Media provides professional content creation services, including:

Website and blog copywriting
Copywriting and editorial services
Content strategy development
SEO article writing
Email newsletter creation
Product and service descriptions

Project Engagement

All projects begin with a written brief or discovery call. Work commences upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all content created by Brivona Media for your project is transferred to you. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, briefs, and business information as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Brivona Media's liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our content.

Refund Policy

At Brivona Media, we stand behind the quality of our content services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any administrative fees incurred.

During the Project

If you cancel after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed. The completed portion will be invoiced at the agreed rate.

After Delivery

Due to the custom nature of content creation, we do not offer refunds once final deliverables have been approved and delivered. However, if the delivered content materially fails to meet the agreed brief, we will revise it at no additional charge.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering content that meets your brief. If you are not satisfied after two revision rounds, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include additional revisions, partial credit, or in exceptional cases, a partial refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a written explanation. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
